This is the perfect trio from los colchoneros 91/92 season. They started the season perfectly, but they ended up losing fire on their way to the title against Real Madrid and Barcelona. They ended in 3rd place, one point behind Real Madrid (2nd) and two points behind Barça, that won La Liga. But this trio made history this season in another competion...La Copa del Rey. Manolo was their top goalscorer, but the most shining stars were Schuster and Futre, scoring one goal each on the Bernabeu final against Real. One of the most memorable games for Atletico on their top rivals home.
